What you’ll learn
- Clarify the objective, scope and success measure of a case in three questions before structuring
- Build and narrate a MECE structure for a profitability or market-entry case in under ninety seconds
- Give a guesstimate with every assumption stated aloud and a sanity check at the end
- Read a data point, state the so-what, and say what you would look at next
- Deliver a sixty-second recommendation with the answer first, two reasons, one risk and next steps
- Defend or revise a number under pushback without abandoning a sound approach
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
MBA students, analysts and engineers preparing for consulting case interviews. For candidates facing case interviews at strategy and management consulting firms, from campus rounds at IIMs, ISB and IITs to lateral hiring. You learn to clarify the question before solving, build a profitability or market-entry structure out loud, make guesstimates with stated assumptions, turn a data point into a so-what, synthesise a recommendation in sixty seconds, and defend your numbers under pushback. The tutor runs each case like a real interviewer, giving only what you ask for. The capstone is a full case condensed into ten minutes, scored against every outcome.
level
You speak fluently and want sharper structure, nuance and composure in high-stakes situations.
