The minimum top-up is ₹100 for 30 minutes (₹3.33/min). Larger packs add bonus minutes on top of that rate — ₹249 gives 80 minutes (75 + 5 bonus, ₹3.11/min) — ₹499 gives 165 minutes (150 + 15 bonus, ₹3.02/min) — ₹999 gives 333 minutes (300 + 33 bonus, ₹3.00/min). Our best rate is ₹3.00/min on the ₹999 pack, which saves ₹111 against buying ₹100 packs. Top-up minutes work on every voice lesson, AI tutor session and 1:1 mock interview, on any plan; plan minutes are used first.
No — panel interviews come with Plus (included every month) or with a Panel Pass (₹99 for one 20-minute panel with report, 3 for ₹249). Top-up minutes cover everything else: lessons, tutor practice and 1:1 voice mocks. A pass does not use your voice minutes.
Time connected live to a voice tutor or a voice interviewer, in a lesson or a mock interview. Chat lessons, text-mode mock interviews, reading reports and browsing never use minutes. Unused Plus minutes roll over for 1 month; top-up minutes keep their own validity (90 days on ₹100, 180 days on ₹249, 365 days on ₹499, 365 days on ₹999).
Yes. Yearly means you pay for 10 months and get 12. Switching applies immediately: the remaining value of your month is credited, and the year’s voice minutes are added to your wallet. Switching back takes effect at the end of the current yearly term.
