How ExamPilot works

Choose. Practise. Get feedback. Improve. Walk in ready.

One journey for both ways to prepare: AI mock interviews that mirror the real board, and 10-minute lessons with AI tutors that fix what the report finds.

  1. Step 1 of 5

Choose what you are preparing for

Pick from 54 live interview tracks or 115 courses. Add two lines about yourself and the panel reads them, the way a real board reads your application.

    Mock interview
    • Exam → post → subject (e.g. KVS → PGT → Physics), or company → role → domain
    • Panel or 1:1 — panels are modelled on the real board, up to 4 members
    • Any of 11 languages, including Hindi and Hinglish
    Course lesson
    • Course → lesson, e.g. Interview Essentials or Spoken English for Work
    • 125 AI tutors — pick one whose style suits you
    • Voice for speaking practice, chat when you need quiet

  2. Step 2 of 5

    Practise with AI, out loud

Real voice, real turn-taking, live captions. Say something vague and you are asked for an example; give a shaky answer and the expert comes back to it.

    Mock interview
    • 5 rounds, 9–20 minutes, timed like the real thing
    • Interviewers hand over between rounds, each briefed on everything said so far
    • Follow-ups to your actual answer, not a fixed script; text mode when you cannot speak
    Course lesson
    • 10 minutes, 5 phases: warm-up → patterns → live roleplay → corrections → wrap-up
    • Half the lesson is you talking; the tutor plays the interviewer, client or classmate
    • Two specific corrections, then you say it again — immediately

Arvind: “Explain this to a first-year student in two minutes.”

    Arvind hands over to Kavita

Kavita: “Walk me through your plan for a first class on this topic.”

You: “I’d start with a question they can answer from experience, then…”

Follow-up: “Give me a concrete example.”

  3. Step 3 of 5

Get feedback you can act on

Within a minute of finishing: a report that reads like a panel lead's notes, scored on a rubric written for that board or role.

    Mock interview
    • Rubric scores against the real pass mark (65/100 for KVS PGT)
    • Fluency, clarity, confidence and structure tracked across the whole interview
    • Key moments quoted from your answers with a stronger version; PDF and share link
    Course lesson
    • Scores on the lesson goal and today’s success criteria
    • Your corrections, with the reason behind each one
    • What you did well, and a preview of the next lesson

  4. Step 4 of 5

Improve, one gap at a time

Every weak answer points somewhere: the round to retry, the lesson that fixes the gap, and a progress line that shows the change.

    Mock interview
    • Retry the same exam, post, subject and panel — new questions, comparable scores
    • Challenge-my-weak-answers mode re-asks what fell short
    • Your history keeps every report, so the trend is visible
    Course lesson
    • Reports link straight to the lessons that close each gap
    • Courses are ordered; most run 8 lessons of 10 minutes
    • Repeat a lesson any time — streaks and scores stay with you

    Walk in interview-ready

Interview-ready is not a feeling. It is a score above the pass mark on a comparable mock, twice in a row — and a report that no longer has a “needs work” line.

    Mock interview
    • Scores above the pass mark on two attempts
    • No rubric line below the board’s threshold
    • Composure holds when the expert pushes back
    Course lesson
    • Lesson goals met without prompting
    • Corrections stop repeating across lessons
    • You can say it in the language the room will use

No. The 124 interviewers and 125 tutors are AI personas, each with a defined role, voice and questioning style written for the track. That is what lets you practise at 11 pm and retry only the round that hurt. The formats, rubrics, stage briefs and question banks behind them were researched and written by people.
