Subscriptions and Billing Policy

What each plan and pack includes, how billing periods and renewals work, how long minutes and passes last, and how prices, taxes and invoices are handled.

1. Plans, packs and prices

Starter — free
Access to every course, lesson and AI tutor, a summary report after every mock interview, and 5 voice minutes given once when you sign up. Lessons and mock interviews run on voice minutes; when the free minutes are used up, buy a top-up or Plus to continue.
Plus — ₹149 a month or ₹1,490 a year
30 voice minutes with each monthly payment (valid 365 days, so unused minutes carry over into the next month), or 500 minutes credited up front with a yearly payment (valid 365 days). Includes multi-AI panel interviews, detailed reports with model answers, PDF reports, custom-role interviews, challenge mode, retrying a single round and progress sharing. The yearly price is 10 months’ price for 12 months.
Voice-minute top-ups
One-time packs for any plan: ₹99 for 25 minutes (valid 365 days); ₹249 for 70 minutes (valid 365 days); ₹499 for 150 minutes (valid 365 days); ₹999 for 350 minutes (valid 365 days). Top-up minutes work on voice lessons, AI tutor sessions and 1:1 voice mock interviews; panel interviews need Plus or a Panel Pass.
Panel Pass
One 20-minute multi-AI panel interview with its report, without a subscription: one pass for ₹99 (use within 90 days) or 3 passes for ₹249 (use within 180 days). A pass does not use voice minutes.
Institution seat licences
Per-learner pricing for schools, colleges, coaching institutes and companies, with pooled voice minutes. Terms are agreed with the institution; see plans for institutions.

Current prices are always shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. A voice minute is time connected live to a voice tutor or interviewer. Browsing courses, setting up an interview and reading reports never use minutes.

2. Billing period and renewal

  • Plus runs for the period you pay for — one calendar month or one year — starting when the payment is confirmed.
  • Renewal is manual. ExamPilot does not store your card or UPI details and does not set up a mandate, standing instruction or automatic debit. You are charged only when you choose to pay.
  • Towards the end of your period you can renew from the pricing page or the Billing page. If you renew before the period ends, the new period starts when the current one ends, so you lose no days.
  • If you do not renew, your Plus features continue for a 7-day grace period after the period ends. After that your account moves to Starter. Your history, reports and any remaining minutes stay on your account.

3. Minutes and passes: validity and what happens to unused ones

  • All voice minutes — sign-up, plan and top-up — are added to one balance. The Billing page shows each credit, how many of its minutes are left and when they expire, plus a full ledger of credits and debits.
  • When you use voice minutes, plan minutes are used first, then the minutes that expire soonest.
  • Each credit is valid for the period shown when you get it: 365 days for monthly Plus minutes, 365 days for yearly Plus minutes, 365 days for the ₹99 top-up, 365 days for the ₹249 top-up, 365 days for the ₹499 top-up, 365 days for the ₹999 top-up. Minutes not used within their validity expire and are removed from your balance; the Billing page shows each expiry date in advance.
  • Panel Passes must be used within their validity (90 days for a single pass, 180 days for the 3-pass pack); an expired pass cannot be used or refunded.
  • Minutes and passes have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

4. Switching between monthly and yearly

To move from monthly to yearly Plus (or back), buy the other billing period. While your current period is still running, the new period is added after it ends, so you keep the days already paid for. The new payment’s voice minutes are credited as soon as it is confirmed. There is no proration or partial credit, because nothing you paid for is lost.

5. Cancellation

Because nothing renews automatically, you can stop at any time by not paying the next renewal; your plan then ends at the end of the paid period (after the grace period). You can also cancel from Billing → Cancel Plus, which ends Plus at the end of the paid period without a grace period (undo it from Billing until then), or ask us at abhishek.anshu@exampilot.ai. Refunds of a period already paid for are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.

6. Price changes

We may change prices, plan contents or packs for future purchases. New prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before they apply, and since every renewal is a fresh payment, you always see the price before you pay. A change never affects a period, pack or pass you have already paid for.

7. Taxes, invoices and payment methods

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are the final amount you pay. ExamPilot is not registered under GST at present, so no GST is charged or shown. If we register, we will update this page and give notice before any change to what you pay.
  • An invoice is issued for every paid order and can be downloaded as a PDF from the Billing page.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay and can be made by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet, as offered on the Razorpay checkout.
