  • Support an informed consent conversation by checking understanding and raising concerns to the doctor
  • Stand with a doctor while difficult news is given and support the family afterwards with calm, honest language
  • De-escalate an angry relative using listen, acknowledge, explain and act, without blaming colleagues
  • Give a clear SBAR handover with no gaps the incoming nurse would have to guess

This course is for

GNM and B.Sc Nursing graduates preparing for staff nurse interviews. Staff nurse interviews at Indian hospitals, corporate, trust or government, set communication scenarios: introduce yourself to this patient, explain this procedure, a relative is shouting, give me a handover. This course rehearses each one aloud with an AI tutor who plays the patient, the relative, the doctor and the panel. You learn plain-English frames for introductions, procedures, consent, difficult news, angry relatives and SBAR handover, with no drug names or doses, only communication, safety and respect. It ends with three back-to-back interview scenarios.
