Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Classes 3–8, ages 8–14. A playful first public-speaking course for children aged 8 to 14. In short, game-like roleplays the tutor plays the audience while the child learns to stand tall, say their name loudly, give a 3-sentence talk, switch between a big voice and a small voice, look at the audience, and shape a 1-minute talk with a beginning, middle and end. The course ends with a 2-minute morning-assembly speech delivered to the tutor as the whole school.
