What you’ll learn
- Deliver a 30-second pitch in problem-solution-proof order with one number the customer remembers
- Run discovery with four open questions and summarise the customer's problem in their own words before pitching
- Answer 'it's too expensive', 'I'll think about it' and 'we already have a vendor' using acknowledge, question, answer, without discounting first
- Close with a concrete next step, a date and a yes-or-no question, without pressure language
- Hold a full eight-minute sales call in English with a sceptical customer and recover from an interruption
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Sales trainees, BDEs, founders and anyone who sells over calls or visits. Most salespeople know their product and still lose the call in the first minute: the pitch rambles, the first objection makes them discount, and the close sounds like a favour. This course builds a problem-solution-proof pitch, drills discovery questions, then puts you on calls with an AI customer who says 'too expensive', 'I'll think about it' and 'we already have a vendor' the way a real purchase manager in Ludhiana does. You learn to acknowledge, ask, answer and close with a next step. It ends with a full scored sales call against a sceptical customer.
level
You can hold a basic conversation but hesitate, translate in your head, or freeze under pressure. We fix that.
