What you’ll learn
- Walk through the three financial statements in under two minutes, in the right order, naming how each links to the next
- Trace a change such as ten rupees of depreciation through all three statements with the correct tax effect and the balance sheet balancing
- Explain a DCF in two minutes: free cash flow, WACC, terminal value, enterprise to equity value, and the two assumptions that matter most
- Describe any company's revenue model in four sentences: who pays, for what, how often, and what drives growth
- Spot and explain a balance-sheet red flag such as receivables growing faster than revenue, and say what you would check next
- Explain GST and basic tax mechanics to a non-finance manager in plain English without jargon
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Commerce, MBA finance, CA and CFA candidates facing analyst interviews. You know the accounting. The problem is saying it. Finance interviews at banks, Big Four firms, FP&A teams and startups all begin with 'walk me through': the three statements, how ten rupees of depreciation flows, a DCF in two minutes, a company's revenue model, a balance sheet that looks wrong. This course turns each into a spoken structure you can deliver under interruption, then puts you in front of an AI VP who cuts in, asks for the number and checks your sign. Ends with a scored ten-minute finance interview.
