What you’ll learn
- Plan a WAT essay aloud with a thesis, three points and a close in the allotted time
- Explain one concept from your graduation subject to a non-specialist panelist
- Answer why MBA and your short-term and long-term goals with evidence, not passion
- Summarise work experience or internships in ninety seconds with one measurable result
- Give an opinion on a current issue and state the strongest counter-argument fairly
- Stay composed and precise when the panel interrupts, disagrees or stays silent
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Candidates with IIM, FMS, XLRI or other B-school WAT-PI calls. For candidates who have a call and fifteen to twenty-five minutes with two or three faculty members. You will plan a WAT essay out loud in the time the IIMs actually give, explain a concept from your own graduation to a non-specialist, answer why MBA with goals the panel believes, compress work experience into ninety seconds, hold a current-affairs opinion while stating the other side, and keep composure through stress questions. The capstone is a full twelve-minute IIM personal interview scored against these outcomes.
