What you’ll learn

  • Deliver a thirty-second introduction in the clipped, factual style a uniformed board expects, without boasting
  • Answer why the police or forces with one honest, specific reason and a credible answer to 'what if you fail'
  • Describe fitness, discipline and daily routine with concrete numbers and an honest weakness
  • Answer law-and-order situations such as a mob at the thana, a VIP movement or a custodial complaint in three ordered steps that put safety and the law first
  • Hold a clear line on integrity questions about bribes, pressure from seniors and family, and admit a past mistake honestly
  • Stay composed with a hostile chair: lower the voice, hold eye contact, disagree with one reason, and continue in English

This course is for

Police SI, DSP, CAPF Assistant Commandant and SSB aspirants with a board ahead. Police SI and DSP boards, the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant personality test and the SSB personal interview all test the same thing after the written and physical stages: do you stay steady, answer in order and tell the truth when the easy answer is a lie. This course drills a thirty-second uniformed introduction, an honest why the police or forces, fitness and routine, law-and-order situations answered first-then-then, integrity under pressure, and composure with a chair who raises his voice. The capstone is a ten-minute police SI and CAPF-style board scored like the real one.
