What you’ll learn

  • Handle a ten-minute phone screen with a clear opener, crisp answers and a confirmed next step
  • Describe and achieve a camera setup with correct framing, light and eye line, and speak to the lens, not the screen
  • Deliver sixty to ninety second recorded answers that finish inside the timer with a clear first sentence
  • Follow AI-interviewer etiquette: wait for the prompt to finish, speak clearly, stop cleanly, never over-talk
  • Recover from lag, a dropped call or audio failure in one calm sentence and resume where you left off
  • Maintain audible energy and a visible smile on camera for a full answer without a live listener

This course is for

Candidates facing phone screens, video rounds and recorded interviews. Indian IT services firms, startups, BPOs and consulting companies now screen on the phone, interview on Teams or Google Meet, and increasingly use one-way recorded video rounds and AI interviewers that give you a timer and no human reaction. This course trains each medium separately: a ten-minute phone screen, camera setup and framing you describe aloud, timed recorded answers, AI-interviewer etiquette, graceful handling of dropped connections, and keeping your energy up when nobody is nodding back. The capstone is a set of timed recorded answers scored like a real one-way interview.
