What you’ll learn
- Tell any work or college story in STAR order within 60 to 90 seconds, ending with a measurable result
- Describe a conflict with a colleague without blaming them and name what you did to resolve it
- Own a real failure, state its impact honestly and show the specific change you made afterwards
- Show leadership without authority and influence under pressure using concrete actions and numbers
- Explain a disagreement with a manager respectfully, including how you escalated or accepted the decision
- Hold up under probing follow-ups by adding detail rather than changing the story
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Freshers and professionals facing manager and HR rounds. Every manager round asks for a time you handled conflict, failed, led without a title, worked under pressure or disagreed with your boss. Most candidates ramble or stop before the result. This course drills the STAR structure, Situation, Task, Action, Result, until it is automatic, then puts you in front of an AI interviewer who probes every story the way a real hiring manager does: 'what exactly did you do', 'what would you do differently', 'give me the number'. Six story types, a mixed rapid round, and a capstone of three STAR questions with probing follow-ups, scored.
