- Negotiate an offer or respond to a counter-offer with gratitude, a number and a reason
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Working professionals and freshers facing the HR round. The HR round is where good candidates lose offers: a vague salary expectation, an unsure notice period, a career gap they apologise for. This course rehearses each moment out loud with an AI HR partner who negotiates back: a salary range with a reason, honest CTC and hikes, notice period and buyout, a study, health, family or layoff gap without apology, truthful relocation and shift answers, and the counter-offer conversation. Nothing here teaches you to hide or inflate; it teaches you to say the truth so it works for you. The capstone is a full compensation and logistics round, scored.
