What you’ll learn
- Deliver a ninety-second introduction framed as current role, impact and reason for moving
- Quantify at least two achievements with a number, a baseline and a timeframe
- Explain a job change or a career gap in two honest sentences without apologising
- Walk a senior interviewer through a resume in under three minutes, newest role first
- Hold the story under interruption and 'give me the number' pushback without rambling
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Working professionals with 2 to 15 years of experience. A ninety-second introduction for lateral hires: current role, measurable impact, and a clean reason for moving. You will learn to quantify achievements, explain job changes and gaps without apology, tell a career-switch story, survive a senior-level 'walk me through your resume', and pitch yourself for an internal promotion. Every lesson is live roleplay with hiring managers who interrupt and ask for numbers, ending in a capstone interview with a hiring manager and an HR head.
level
You can hold a basic conversation but hesitate, translate in your head, or freeze under pressure. We fix that.
