What you’ll learn
- State the JAM rules and the sixty-second structure, then speak for a full minute without stopping
- Open any surprise topic within three seconds using one of three prepared first lines
- Build a three-point skeleton in twenty seconds of silent prep and deliver it in order
- Turn an abstract one-word topic into a meaning, a story and a lesson
- Speak on a current-affairs topic with a balanced view and one real example, without invented facts
- Recover from a buzzer or interruption and keep speaking without filler or a switch to Hindi
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Placement, SSB lecturette and B-school candidates facing surprise-topic rounds. Just A Minute rounds and extempore speeches are used by IT and consulting campus drives, B-schools and the SSB lecturette to see how you think out loud. This course gives you a repeatable method: a first line that always works, a three-point skeleton you can build in twenty seconds of prep, and ways to handle abstract topics like red or zero, current-affairs topics, and the buzzer that goes off when you hesitate or repeat. Every lesson runs against a timer with other players voiced by the tutor. The capstone is five surprise JAM rounds scored like a real elimination.
