What you’ll learn
- State a strength and back it with a thirty-second proof story containing a result
- Name a genuine weakness and describe the specific fix already in progress
- Tell a failure story that ends with what changed, in under ninety seconds
- Answer 'what would your manager say about you' with one strength and one honest development point
- Respond to 'you seem under-qualified' without arguing or collapsing
- Stay consistent and honest through three rounds of probing on the same answer
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Freshers and professionals facing HR and manager rounds. Panels do not believe a strength until they hear a story, and they do not trust a candidate whose weakness is perfectionism. This course teaches proof stories for strengths, a real weakness with a visible fix, a failure answer that ends in what changed, and the trickier cousins: what would your manager say about you, and you seem under-qualified. Lessons 4 to 6 add an interviewer who probes until the honest answer comes out. Lesson 7 mixes the whole set at random, and the capstone is a full scored HR round.

You can hold a basic conversation but hesitate, translate in your head, or freeze under pressure. We fix that.
