What you’ll learn
- Handle a walk-in day: fill forms accurately, wait well and give a twenty-second introduction at the desk
- Answer the standard HR rapid-fire basics in one line plus one reason each, without rambling
- Explain a technical concept from your own field to a non-technical HR person in under a minute, no jargon
- Think aloud through a technical question so the panel can follow your reasoning even before the answer
- Say 'I don't know' honestly using a three-part frame and recover with what you do know
- Ask one clarifying question before answering an ambiguous technical or situational question
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Diploma and degree holders attending walk-in drives and multi-round interviews. A walk-in drive or a multi-round interview tests how you talk far more than what you know: a quick intro at the desk, rapid-fire HR basics, a technical concept explained to someone who is not technical, thinking aloud when the technical panel goes quiet, and saying 'I don't know' without sinking. This course rehearses each of those moments with a tutor who plays the HR partner, the engineering manager and the interrupting panel member, with realistic Indian company settings. The capstone is a compressed three-round day: desk, HR and technical, back to back, scored on communication.

You can hold a basic conversation but hesitate, translate in your head, or freeze under pressure. We fix that.
