Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Job seekers facing HR, manager and founder rounds. Interviewers ask why should we hire you, why this company, why this role and where do you see yourself in five years to find out whether you want this job or any job. This course teaches a three-reason structure for every motivation question, a ten-minute company research routine you can say aloud, clean answers to why you are leaving and why you over the others, and a five-year answer that sounds ambitious without sounding disloyal. Lessons 4 to 6 add a fast founder and a sceptical manager who push back. Lesson 7 mixes the set at random, and the capstone is a full scored motivation round.
