What this interview looks like
These boards are small and practical. FCI Manager interviews are taken by a panel of three to four senior FCI officers for about fifteen minutes and carry ten per cent weightage after Phase I and Phase II; they probe the post stream, general, depot, movement, accounts or technical, through operational questions. Cooperative bank boards typically seat the bank's managing director or general manager, the Registrar's nominee and often a NABARD or RBI representative, run fifteen to twenty minutes, expect the state language, and weightage varies by state and bank. UPSC EPFO Enforcement Officer and Accounts Officer interviews are a UPSC board of about twenty minutes with the recruitment test and interview weighted 75 to 25, probing labour law, social security and general awareness. ESIC's Social Security Officer and UDC cadres have no interview; ESIC officer posts filled through UPSC do, and the same board style applies. NABARD Development Assistant cycles since 2022 have had no interview, Prelims and Mains plus a language test, so that post is included for candidates also facing NABARD Grade A or cooperative and RRB development boards. The ExamPilot mock compresses each board into fifteen minutes on the bank PO panel format: introduction and background, a subject and awareness round led by the hiring manager, two field situations, and a closing on posting and intent.

What to expect
4 rounds, one after another
An IBPS or SBI style board of senior bankers compressed into 15 minutes: introduction and background with the HR member, banking and financial awareness with a senior banker who also probes the candidate's own degree or specialisation, two branch situations on customers, fraud and targets, and a closing on mobility and long-term intent. The real board sits three to five members for 15 to 20 minutes, mixes Hindi and English freely, and scores out of 100 with a qualifying minimum.
