You learn the exact lines for welcoming a guest, checking ID and visitor entry politely, giving directions inside the building, handling complaints like the AC or wifi not working, reporting an incident to a supervisor, and refusing entry firmly but politely. Taught from Hindi in short, speakable sentences. Ends with a capstone that runs a full shift of guest and visitor interactions.
