What you’ll learn
- Open a chat with a greeting, your name and an offer of help in two short lines
- Write support sentences of twelve words or fewer, one idea per sentence, without joining three ideas with 'and'
- Ask for an order number, a screenshot or a registered email politely and explain why you need it
- Use ready templates for a delay, a refund and an escalation, filling in the right details
- Avoid outdated or rude phrases such as 'kindly do the needful' and 'as per your request' and use plain modern English
- Close a chat with a summary, a next step and a polite goodbye, and handle three chats in a row under time pressure
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
12th-pass and graduate job seekers aiming for chat or email support jobs. For learners joining or applying to chat and email support at e-commerce, food-delivery, fintech or telecom companies. You learn to greet in chat, write short clear sentences, ask for an order number or screenshot politely, use templates for delays, refunds and escalations, drop old-fashioned lines like 'kindly do the needful', and close a chat properly. Because the lessons are spoken, you dictate every message aloud and the tutor plays the customer typing back. The course ends with three chats dictated under time pressure.
level
No prior speaking practice needed. Short sentences, lots of repetition, Hindi support whenever you need it.
