- Call a customer for a delivery, confirm the address and landmark, and apologise for a late order without arguing
- Say bill totals, cash change and UPI payment lines clearly, and ask for a rating or bag politely
- Stay calm and polite with a rude customer using three set lines, and know when to call the manager
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
10th/12th-pass learners starting store, quick-commerce or delivery jobs. Made for new joiners at supermarkets, mobile and clothing stores, food delivery and quick-commerce hubs who understand some English but freeze when a customer speaks it. You learn the exact lines a shift needs: greeting, pointing to a product, saying a price, handling a refund or exchange request, calling a customer for an address, apologising for a late order, taking cash or UPI, and staying polite with a rude customer. The tutor plays the customer, understands Hindi, and keeps every sentence short. The course ends with a full shift of three back-to-back customer roleplays.
