For nurses, nursing students, ward boys, hospital reception and lab staff who studied in Hindi medium and now work on wards where patients, families and doctors expect English. You learn the exact short lines a ward needs: greeting a patient and family, asking about pain and symptoms, giving simple instructions, handing over to a doctor in three sentences, calming a worried relative and making phone calls to the lab and pharmacy. No medicines, no doses, only communication. Ends with a capstone ward round of three patients.
