What you’ll learn
- Open a call with a complete greeting and verify the customer's identity using the standard script without missing a step
- Listen to a long customer complaint, take notes and read back the key details correctly
- Place a customer on hold and return from hold using polite phrases, and keep them informed while checking
- Explain a bill, a recharge plan or a charge in three simple sentences a first-time customer understands
- Use empathy statements that name the problem and the feeling before giving a solution, without over-apologising
- Close a call with a summary of what was done and what happens next, and handle a domestic and a neutral-accent international caller
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
12th-pass and graduate job seekers aiming for voice-process (BPO) jobs. For learners joining or applying to telecom, e-commerce, banking or credit-card voice support. You learn the real call flow a quality team scores: the opening and verification script, listening and taking notes, hold and 'let me check' phrases, explaining a bill or plan in simple words, empathy statements for complaints, and a clean closing with a summary. The tutor plays the customer, domestic in Hinglish and international in neutral English, and keeps every line short. The course ends with two full scored calls.
