What you’ll learn
- Receive critical feedback with a thank-you and a clarifying question instead of a defence
- Separate the valid point from the harsh tone and respond only to the point
- Disagree with a senior in English using a respectful, evidence-first structure
- Admit a mistake in one clean sentence with ownership, impact and the fix
- State a boundary at work or at home and hold it through two rounds of pushback
- Respond to rudeness with a calm, neutral line that lowers the temperature
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Working professionals who go quiet, over-apologise or get defensive. Eight live roleplays with a trainer who plays the blunt manager, the sarcastic client and the hurt relative. You practise receiving feedback without defending, separating what was said from how it was said, disagreeing with a senior respectfully, owning a mistake in one clean sentence, setting boundaries at work and at home, and answering rudeness calmly. The capstone is three back-to-back criticism conversations scored on composure and clarity.
level
You can hold a basic conversation but hesitate, translate in your head, or freeze under pressure. We fix that.
