What you’ll learn
- Explain what a panel scores under personality and self-assess against it
- Sound genuinely positive about setbacks without false cheer or rehearsed lines
- Tell stories in which you own decisions, mistakes and results in the first person
- Ask the panel two thoughtful questions that show curiosity about the role
- Combine humility and confidence in the same answer when asked about strengths and gaps
- Stay pleasant, steady and engaged with a rude, bored or interrupting panelist
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Candidates for PSC, bank, SSB, campus and corporate panels. Panels score attitude and presence, not just content, and most candidates never find out why they lost marks for personality. In eight live mock sessions with a former mock-board member you learn what panels actually mean by personality, how to sound positive without faking, how to show ownership in your stories, how to ask good questions, how to combine humility with confidence, and how to handle a rude or bored panelist. The capstone is a ten-minute interview judged on attitude and presence.
