What you’ll learn
- Choose a topic from a lecturette card and plan a three-minute talk in three minutes using a fixed five-line skeleton
- Deliver an introduction, three distinct points and a conclusion that finishes between two and a half and three minutes
- Speak on a current-affairs, social or abstract topic with at least one specific Indian example per point
- Recover from losing the thread in under five seconds using a bridge line, without apologising or stopping
- Hold a steady pace and posture with fewer than three fillers across a full lecturette
- Complete two unseen lecturettes back to back under GTO timing and assessment
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
NDA, CDS, AFCAT, TES and TGC candidates preparing for the SSB GTO series. The lecturette is the only GTO task where you speak alone and nobody can help you: a card with topics, three minutes to think, three minutes on your feet in front of the group. This course drills that exact routine with a GTO-style assessor. You learn the three-minute skeleton, build points for current-affairs, social and abstract or science topics, practise recovering when your mind goes blank, and finish with a capstone of two timed lecturettes assessed on clarity, structure and composure.
level
You can hold a basic conversation but hesitate, translate in your head, or freeze under pressure. We fix that.
