What this interview looks like
All six companies screen on an online assessment first: aptitude and reasoning, English or written communication, a pseudo-code or technical MCQ section and, for the higher-paying tracks such as GenC Next, Capgemini Senior Analyst and IBM ASE, one or two coding problems. Shortlisted students then face an interview that is often a single combined technical-plus-HR conversation of twenty to forty minutes, sometimes split into a technical round with a project lead and a separate HR round. The technical interviewer checks programming fundamentals in the language you claim, OOP, DBMS and SQL, basic data structures, your final-year project and a small problem talked through aloud; for TechBee it is Class 12 mathematics, logic and communication instead. HR probes your introduction, why this company, relocation to any location, willingness to sign the service agreement where one exists, shift flexibility and the fit between your resume and what you actually did. Cut-offs, packages and the exact round structure change every season and differ by campus, so treat the specifics here as the typical pattern, not a promise. ExamPilot compresses the loop into one seventeen-minute panel: HR screen, hiring-manager round on your projects and internships, technical round in your chosen programme track, a STAR behavioural round and a closing on expectations. You get a scored report on role knowledge, problem solving, communication and attitude.

What to expect
5 rounds, one after another
A private-sector hiring loop compressed into one sitting, the way most Indian companies run it: HR screen → hiring-manager round on your actual work → role/technical round led by a lead → communication & behavioural (STAR) round → closing on expectations and your questions. Works for software, product, sales, finance, HR, support and campus hiring by swapping the role bank.

How scoring works
A report you can act on
Every round is scored on the rubric
Each interviewer scores only the criteria their round covers. Weights add up to your overall score out of 100.
Only what you actually said counts
Feedback quotes your own answers. Rounds you skip show as “Not assessed” rather than a zero.
Communication is always measured
Fluency, clarity, confidence and structure are tracked across the whole interview, in any language.
