Mock interviews for nurses, doctors and allied health professionals — government boards and private hospitals.
How it works in India
Healthcare hiring in India runs through two very different doors. Government posts — nursing officers in central and state hospitals, medical officers through state public service commissions or health departments, community health officers under the National Health Mission and AYUSH medical officers — are filled through written tests, sometimes followed by an interview or document verification, depending on the recruiting body. Private hospitals, diagnostic chains and pharmaceutical companies interview directly, usually with an HR round and a clinical or technical round with a senior nurse, doctor or manager.
Clinical panels test safe practice more than textbook recall. A staff nurse may be asked how to respond to a patient whose oxygen saturation is falling, how to handle a medication error, or how to explain discharge instructions to a family. Medical officer boards ask about national health programmes, emergency management and working in a primary health centre. Pharmacists and lab staff are asked about storage, quality control and documentation; physiotherapists about assessment and treatment plans. Medical representative interviews focus on product knowledge, selling to doctors and handling objections. Everywhere, communication with patients and colleagues is assessed.
Prepare by revising emergency protocols, infection control and patient safety, and by practising explaining a procedure in simple language, in English and in the patient’s language. Know the hospital or company you are applying to. Keep a few real examples from your clinical postings ready.
ExamPilot’s AI panels run nursing officer, medical officer, CHO, AYUSH and paramedical board interviews, and private staff nurse, pharmacy, lab, physiotherapy, hospital operations and medical representative interviews.

Healthcare Jobs
Selection interviews for government health jobs: nursing officers and staff nurses, MBBS medical officers through state PSCs, Community Health Officers under NHM, AYUSH medical officers (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS) and railway or ESIC paramedical and pharmacist posts. Practise the clinical, situational and service-fit rounds the way a government board actually runs them.
Healthcare Jobs
Realistic hiring rounds for staff nurses, ICU, OT and NICU nurses, hospital and retail pharmacists, lab technicians, radiographers, physiotherapists, dietitians, optometrists, front-office and TPA desk staff, medical coders, patient-relations executives, and medical and device representatives. Rounds probe patient safety, infection control, medication safety, cashless flow and doctor detailing, never drug doses from memory.

It depends on the recruiting body. Many central and state nursing officer recruitments select on a computer-based test, while others add an interview or skill test. Check the notification, and practise anyway for hospital-level interviews and future promotions.
