Mock job interviews for any role in the private sector — from your first campus offer to a senior lateral move.
How it works in India
A private-sector job interview in India usually runs in rounds. A recruiter or HR screen checks your background, notice period and expectations. One or more technical or functional rounds test whether you can actually do the work, often through a case, a problem or a walk-through of something you built. A hiring-manager round decides whether you fit the team, and a final HR conversation covers offer details. Freshers and campus candidates often face all of this in a single day; experienced hires spread it over a couple of weeks.
Across roles, interviewers probe the same few things. Can you introduce yourself in under a minute without reciting your CV? Can you explain a project — what you did, why, and what you would do differently? Do your examples have a situation, an action and a measurable result? When the interviewer pushes back, do you defend your reasoning calmly or change your answer to please them? Questions like "tell me about yourself", "why should we hire you" and "describe a conflict at work" sound simple, and that is exactly why weak answers stand out.
The best preparation is to say your answers out loud to someone who asks follow-ups. Write down five stories from your work or studies that show ownership, problem-solving, teamwork, handling failure and learning fast, and practise fitting them to different questions. Know your numbers. Prepare two sharp questions for the interviewer.
ExamPilot runs these rounds for software, product, design, sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, data, cloud, support, frontline and overseas roles. An AI HR lead, technical interviewer and hiring manager take turns, follow up on thin answers, and your report scores each round and shows which answers to rework.

FAQ
Tell me about yourself, why this role, why should we hire you, your strengths and weaknesses, a project you are proud of, a conflict or failure and what you learned, where you see yourself in a few years, and your salary expectations. The technical or functional round then tests the skills on the job description.
In about a minute: your degree and college, one or two things you built or led with a concrete result, the skill you are strongest in, and why that makes you want this role. Do not repeat your CV line by line, and end with something the interviewer can ask about.
Yes. Pick the closest role track, choose your domain, and the AI panel asks questions at that level. Company-specific campus programmes such as TCS, Infosys and Accenture have their own category with round-by-round practice.
No. You can practise in English, Hindi, Hinglish and several other Indian languages, and switch mid-answer if that is how you naturally speak. Most private-sector interviews run in English, so many candidates practise in English once they are comfortable.
