What you’ll learn
- Apologise for a mistake in four lines, own it without excuses, state the fix and the prevention, and stop talking
- Explain a technical problem to a non-technical person with one analogy, one impact and one decision they must make
- Decline a request with a reason and an alternative, and hold the no through one round of pressure
- Call a client to reschedule with the new slot ready, an honest reason and a confirmation in writing
- Give a junior feedback as situation, behaviour, impact, next step, and get them to say the next step back
- Ask a senior for help by showing what you tried, asking one specific question and proposing when you will report back
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Professionals who handle clients, juniors and seniors every week.
Six workplace moments that go wrong when you have no words ready: owning a mistake in front of your manager, explaining a technical problem without jargon, declining a request without damaging the relationship, calling a client to reschedule, giving a junior feedback they can act on, and asking a senior for help without sounding helpless.
Each lesson is a live roleplay with an AI tutor playing the manager, client or junior, with Devanagari glosses when you get stuck. Run any scenario as a 5, 15 or 30-minute session; longer sessions rotate through harder variations.
