For APPSC and TGPSC, police and teacher boards in both Telugu states, bank panels and employers who interview in Telugu.
Interviews in Telugu
Both Telugu states interview in Telugu. The APPSC and TGPSC Group 1 interviews let candidates answer in Telugu or English, and much of the questioning is about the state, its districts, irrigation, welfare schemes and current affairs. Police SI boards, DSC teacher interviews, cooperative and municipal panels and government hospital boards sit in Telugu. Bank interviews in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana allow Telugu for RRB and clerical posts and many PO panels accept it where the board allows. UPSC accepts Telugu as a medium of the personality test on request.
In an ExamPilot mock in Telugu, the panel asks in Telugu with subject terms kept in English where that is how they are taught, probes your answers, and accepts Telugu, Hindi or English. The report is in English and scores content separately from delivery.
Prepare the questions these boards ask in Telugu: your district and its problems, a scheme you would improve, a current issue, why this post, and your subject. Rehearse them aloud in Telugu rather than translating from English notes under pressure.

Most Indian candidates do not speak one language at a time. You can answer in Telugu, in English, or mix the two the way you would across the table — technical terms in English, the rest in Telugu — and the interviewer keeps up. Where a round assesses communication, the report notes it; otherwise nobody marks you down for switching.
If Hindi is the mix you actually speak, there is a dedicated Hinglish mode where the panel itself asks in Hindi-English.
